We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Executive (Supervisor) to oversee and manage the security operations at our large call center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, and have a proven track record in supervisory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the security team, ensuring the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and property.
Create and manage work schedules for the security team, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Monitor attendance and punctuality, addressing any issues related to absenteeism or lateness.
Ensure team members are rotated efficiently to cover all shifts, balancing workload, and minimizing fatigue.
Coordinate with other supervisors or departments to maintain proper staffing levels and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and policies to maintain a secure environment.
Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarms, and respond to security incidents promptly.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, shift logs, and other necessary documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and support overall operational efficiency.
Ensure the security team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice) is a distinct advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory management within a security or related environment.

Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of security systems and protocols.

Working Conditions:

This position may require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays within a 24HR operation.
The role may involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of security equipment.
