Client Product Specialist

Overview

Our client is seeking a Client Product Specialist to bridge the gap between client requirements and internal team execution. This role demands strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and excellent communication abilities.

Challenges you would face

Oversee and manage all client communications across various channels including calls, chats, and email
Assist clients with basic technical issues, guiding them through solutions and leveraging an understanding of JavaScript and programming logic
Maintain meticulous documentation and clear communication, creating well-defined tasks based on client requests and keeping internal and external trackers up-to-date
Own and manage the implementation and updates of client-specific financial rules and calculations within the workflow builder
Follow and help establish best practices for crisis management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues
Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize client requests and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly

The ideal candidate

Proven client management experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic technical knowledge, comfortable discussing and troubleshooting software products
Familiarity with JavaScript and basic programming concepts
Ability to understand and implement complex financial logic
Experience using low-code tools and working with financial institutions is highly preferred
