Job Responsibility and Duties

Has strong relationship in Distributors / Dealers /Channel sales, Consumer Electronics / Home appliances category.
He should have at least 8-15 years of experience in home appliance / consumer durable/ FMCG Sales and field sales.
Only Male candidate is preferred.
Should be selling products by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing staff
Accomplishing regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts.
Good experience in Rural & urban marketing.
Good in convincing and should have positive approach.
Sincere and Hardworking.
Good in verbal and written communication (English/Hindi/Local),
Should be willing to travel and must have good geographical knowledge.
Candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue.
Managing the performance & profitability of the sales team.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.

CTC – 10 LPA – 15 LPA. ( depending on area and skill set )
