We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented 360 Consultant in Headhunting to join our team. This professional will play a key role in client acquisition, demonstrating headhunting services, conducting effective business closures, identifying specific client profile needs, and carrying out recruitment processes to find ideal candidates.

Challenges you would face

Identify and prospect potential clients across various sectors
Effectively present headhunting and consulting services
Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients
Manage the complete closure process, from negotiation to contract signing
Conduct interviews and meetings with clients to thoroughly understand their recruitment needs
Analyze key position profiles and define specific search criteria
Identify and evaluate qualified candidates
Provide personalized service and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment with client expectations
Participate in salary negotiations and offer drafting

The ideal candidate

Advanced English proficiency
Experience in consultancy and Head Hunting
Solid experience in recruitment and selection
Communication and negotiation skills
Organizational and time management abilities
