Job Title: Real Estate Administrator

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What Will You Be Doing?

Project Accounting Support: Collaborate with project managers to track expenses, ensure budget alignment, and provide financial analysis for ongoing and new projects.
Investor Relations: Work closely with senior management to craft and deliver compelling presentations and materials that resonate with investors and stakeholders.
Underwriting Assistance: Dive deep into potential investment opportunities, assess financial viability, and prepare detailed financial models that guide strategic decisions.
Project Management Support: Provide support in preparing construction site reports and financial updates for investors, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders are well-informed.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging real estate markets, analyzing trends and opportunities to drive strategic planning.
Team Collaboration: Engage with team members across different locations, fostering a strong sense of community and ensuring effective communication.

Who You Are

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- OR a strong academic record that demonstrates critical thinking, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of business principles.
Experience:
- Real Estate Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate development, property management, or construction.

Additional experience in the following would be an asset:

- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading projects, particularly in real estate development or construction. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Financial Analysis and Accounting: Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Your ability to interpret financial data and provide insights will be crucial
