On behalf of our client, a leading International Group of Companies, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Engineering Business Analyst to join the team based at their headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Engineering Business Analyst – Ref. (5682/BA/ESS/CY)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in line with project requirements.
Perform comprehensive research and analysis to support engineering initiatives and optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of project milestones and deliverables.
Drive process improvements and maintain rigorous standards for engineering workflows.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
Actively participate in project meetings, offering insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Engage in new business development projects by applying engineering principles to identify growth opportunities and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an Engineering role or Business Analyst/ Technical Analysis role.
Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to develop detailed spreadsheets, create professional presentations, and draft comprehensive reports.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen ability to solve complex technical problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of working effectively in team environments, particularly under tight deadlines and pressure.
Attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project goals.
Familiarity with economic principles is a plus.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
