Position: Pre-Sales RF Field Test Engineer

Job Summary:

The Pre-sales RF Field Test Engineer role entails conducting field tests, troubleshooting, and maintaining communication systems primarily focused on cellular bands, WiFi bands, and jamming technologies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive field tests to assess the performance and reliability of communication systems, with a focus on cellular bands, WiFi bands, and jamming technologies.
Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during field tests, ensuring the smooth operation of communication systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical support, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
Field testing and client engagements internationally
Operate measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers and other relevant tools, to conduct accurate assessments and diagnostics.
Analyze test data to extract meaningful insights and make recommendations for system improvements or optimizations.
Prepare detailed reports documenting test procedures, results, and recommendations for internal use and client communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, research and development, and project management to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communications, RF Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in RF engineering or a related field, with a strong background in cellular bands, WiFi bands, and jamming technologies.
Proficiency in operating measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong client relation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with network protocols and technologies related to cellular and WiFi communication, Cellular Intelligent Products and Cellular bands.
Familiarity with RF simulation software and tools.
Certifications in relevant areas such as RF engineering or telecommunications.
