Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement smart factory solutions that leverage modern technologies to improve manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define specifications for digital transformation projects.
Utilize programming languages such as C, VBA, and Python to create and maintain automation scripts, and analyze data using statistical methods.
Design, program, and optimize PLC systems to enhance machine operations and streamline production.
Conduct testing and validation of prototypes and existing systems to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest advancements in factory automation and IoT.
Support the deployment of solutions and provide technical support and training to personnel as required.
Document processes, workflows, and best practices for continuous improvement and compliance.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT fields.
Proficiency in programming languages: C, VBA, and Python.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistical methods.
Experience in PLC programming and automation technology.
Japanese language proficiency: N2 level business communication skills

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, particularly in smart factory/digital transformation environments.
Hands-on experience in implementing IoT solutions in manufacturing settings is highly desirable.
Familiarity with industry standards and protocols related to smart factories and automation.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Monthly salary ranging from JPY250,000 to JPY508,000 based on experience and qualifications.
