Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network and server operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Design and construct IT infrastructure solutions tailored to project requirements.
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in training sessions and continual learning to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Work closely with Career Design Advisors to define career development pathways and skill enhancement opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT major.
Minimum of 2 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure development.
Strong knowledge of network and server operations.
Demonstrated experience in system maintenance and support.
Proficient in design and construction of IT systems and infrastructure.
Japanese language proficiency : N2 certificate

Desired Experience

Experience in managing projects for telecommunications carriers, system integrators, or manufacturing sectors.
Hands-on experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and self-directed environments.
Past experience interacting directly with clients to gather requirements and feedback.

Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 - ¥615,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
