Position: Executive Assistant
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
Holidays: TBD
Pay Range: $900 - $1200 per month

Our client in the US is a company that specializes in providing training, tools, and strategies to insurance sales professionals. They focus on improving sales techniques, enhancing client engagement, and optimizing sales processes. Their services typically include coaching, workshops, and resources designed to help insurance agents and agencies increase their sales performance and achieve better results in their business.

Function: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the CEO with time management and task prioritization
Collecting and keeping data current and organized in CRM
Booking appointments
Research information as needed for various projects such as finding vendor and supplier, costing and timelines etc.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Very good command in the English language (written and spoken)
Problem-solving
Proactivity and self-direction
Discretion and confidentiality
NBI clearance is a must
