Position: Administrative Assistant
Work Hours (Client) : 8 am - 4 pm PST
Holidays : Philippines
Pay Range : 1,000 - 1,500 (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help manage our day-to-day operations, including handling emails, calendars, and basic bookkeeping tasks. You’ll also assist with data entry, research projects, and writing. We're seeking someone with strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and experience in a similar role.

What you'll do:

Manage email inbox
Coordinate calendar and appointment-setting
Meet daily to review priorities
Input data and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes
Process invoices, track receipts, input expenses, and other basic bookkeeping tasks
Conduct and present basic research for one-off projects

Requirements:

Previous experience - has worked in a similar administrative capacity
Strong English - warm tone, near-perfect grammar, and concise
Attention to detail - doesn’t let small details slip through the cracks and derail projects
Organized - uses systems to remember tasks and follow up in a timely manner; ability to manage time and prioritize highest leverage tasks
Proactive - attempts to solve problems on their own before requesting support
Receptive to feedback - takes and implements feedback quickly; learns from mistakes
Proficient in G-suite tools - particularly, Slides, Docs, and Sheets
