As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) you will be responsible for further developing one of our clients key products with a stable and scalable technological foundation.

Job Description:

Lead initiatives to develop strategic product requirements for the smart heating solution and hand them over to Product Delivery
Analyze product portfolio requirements and decision-making processes
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Lead to improve design processes
Prepare and implement evidence-based decisions
Manage projects to enhance the product portfolio
Initiate activities to improve product and process quality
Conduct needs analyses to expand bx.suite functionalities

Essential Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with product management tools and techniques

Desired Experience:

Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on IT solutions
Experience in process management and engineering
Skilled in data analysis and deriving meaningful insights
Conceptual thinker with a highly independent work style
Excellent communication skills in German and English
