What You Will Do

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO of Njevity. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, communicate effectively, and embody Njevity's core values in every interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, arrange travel and create itineraries, ensure executive is prepared for all engagements
Travel Coordination: Book flights and hotels, prepare travel documents, create comprehensive travel itineraries
Communication: Act as primary point of contact, draft and review correspondence and reports
Meeting Support: Organize virtual and in-person meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes, follow up on action items
Project Assistance: Coordinate special projects as assigned and align projects with company goals
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly
Relationship Management: Build strong internal and external relationship
Process Improvement: Seek ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Flexibility: Perform additional duties as needed; support executive and team success

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting a CEO or other C-suite executive(s)
Skills in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools

This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from your home office within the continental United States. We expect that you have a dedicated home office space with a door that allows you to minimize distractions. We also expect that during work hours, you will have no other responsibilities other than your work responsibilities. The role will require occasional travel for company meetings and events.
