With over 20+ years of expertise in digital and IT operations, they’re looking for a proactive, dynamic, and flexible IT Network Administrator to join their expanding team in Zagreb.

Your responsibilities

operate and monitor communications networks and services to ensure optimal functionality and capacity,
analyze and resolve faults, either through monitoring systems or user reports, to maintain network stability,
diagnose, locate, and correct network and service errors efficiently,
manage and maintain an up-to-date technical inventory of all installed and stored network components and services,
document system states, problems, and solutions for future reference and continuous improvement,
provide regular availability statistics and performance reports to ensure network reliability and transparency.

The candidate

a bachelor’s degree/education in computer science or equivalent,
several years of experience in network administration for medium to large networks,
strong knowledge of Cisco networking concepts, including hands-on experience with Cisco IOS, ISE, and WLC,
proficient in using network monitoring/management tools, such as SolarWinds, MACmon, or PRTG,
fluent in speach and writing in German and/or French,
flexible with working hours, including planned weekend work and compensated on-call duties,
excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team,
capable of handling high levels of technical responsibility and staying calm under pressure.
