What You Will Do

As our Supply Chain Director / VP, you'll be at the forefront of our explosive growth, leading our global supply chain operations across multiple channels including DTC in the USA and Europe, and major retailers like Amazon and Target. This is your chance to build, scale, and take ownership in a high-growth environment.

Responsiblities:

Spearhead our global supply chain strategy, enhancing our market position and supporting growth across all channels
Oversee operations for 7 warehouses across 4 countries, ensuring smooth product flow and timely deliveries
Optimize inventory management for our key SKUs that drive 90% of our revenue
Build and lead a high-performing team, starting with direct reports in QC and Demand Planning
Drive efficiencies and innovations in our supply chain processes
Manage partnerships with major retailers and e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Amazon and Target

Who You Are

We're looking for a seasoned supply chain leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You're a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating complex global supply chains while driving day-to-day operational excellence. Your experience spans both traditional retail and e-commerce channels, with a particular expertise in Amazon operations. You're not just a manager, but a true leader – someone who can inspire and develop a team while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Your blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and people skills makes you the ideal candidate to take our supply chain to the next level.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or beauty
Proven track record of scaling supply chain operations from $20-30M to $50-100M in revenue
Expertise in domestic and international supply chains, with experience in Chinese manufacturing a plus
Strong background in retail and e-commerce channels, with Amazon experience being non-negotiable
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
Proficiency in ERP and SCM software, coupled with a strategic and analytical mindset
A leadership style that is motivating, kind, and team-oriented
