Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager Sales - Commercial Vehicle will be responsible for driving sales growth for our commercial vehicle division. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a solid understanding of the automotive market in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will support the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for commercial vehicles.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desired Experience:

A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Experience in managing a sales team will be an advantage.
Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior in Bahrain.
