Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their immediate requirement for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling high-volume, incoming Customer calls
Responding to email queries
Resolving the Customer query / request from start to finish
Proactively introduce products and services
Maintaining Customer records
Adhering to the Company’s compliance policies and procedures

You will have the following skills and attributes:

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar, telephone-focused Customer Service role
A professional and friendly approach
Excellent listening skills
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
A pro-active approach to personal development
Available immediately for full time work
