What You Will Do

As the Director of Ecommerce and Product Marketing you'll be at the heart of our brand's growth and success. You'll manage our eCommerce platform, ensuring it runs flawlessly, while working hand-in-hand with our tech and marketing teams. Your strategic insights will fuel our customer acquisition and retention, elevate user experience, and refine our product offerings. You’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing performance and reporting, shaping critical business decisions that drive sales and boost customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Oversee the eCommerce platform and ensure it functions smoothly.
Collaborate with developers to implement new features, integrations, and updates to improve the customer experience to drive sales
Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across the website, mobile, and other platforms.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve site layout, product pages, and checkout processes.
Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to optimize the customer journey.
Help set pricing strategies that balance customer value with profitability.
Analyze sales data to optimize pricing and promotions.
Monitor product margins and make adjustments to pricing or sourcing when needed.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (conversion rates, revenue, customer acquisition cost, etc.).
Use tools like Google Analytics, BI tools and dashboards to assess product performance and site behavior.
Generate reports and insights for leadership and cross-functional teams to inform decision-making.
Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers, including paid acquisition channels, promotional campaign, and personalized recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions through SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.

Who You Are

You are an experienced eCommerce and product marketing professional with a strong background in growing brands from their early stages. You possess a well-rounded understanding of eCommerce management and performance marketing, and ideally have product or technology experience that enhances the customer journey. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being hands-on, and are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions. Your strategic mindset and sharp execution skills set you apart as a leader. Your expertise drives growth and success.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in eCommerce, particularly in scaling brands and understanding customer acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, WooCommerce, and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and experience optimizing user experiences through A/B testing.
Ability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies while analyzing sales data to drive profitability.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
