Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert mortgage advice to clients referred by the estate agency.
Maximize business opportunities by handling estate agency leads (earning 50% commission) and self-generated leads (earning 65% commission).
Manage the full mortgage process, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
Liaise with the estate agency team and build strong relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker within an estate agency setting.
Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and a track record of success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated, target-driven attitude.
Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
