Job Overview:

As the SDR Manager at this growing company, you will be responsible for leading and scaling their sales development team of currently 2 SDRs. You will be responsible for driving the growth pipeline for their diverse product suite across multiple verticals. You will play a big part in growing the SDR team from small to a large global team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and ensure alignment with their overall business goals, contributing directly to their market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 2 SDRs, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Develop and implement strategies to generate a strong sales pipeline for the company’s suite of SaaS Fintech products.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Conduct regular training sessions, including role-playing, objection handling, and product knowledge.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead qualification, follow-up processes, and conversion rates.
Analyze and report on SDR performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Develop and execute targeted outbound and inbound campaigns to drive lead generation.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and industry trends.
Use sales tools and CRM software to track activities, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the SDR team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as both an SDR and SDR Manager (3-5 years) or in a similar sales leadership role in the SaaS or FinTech industry.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, lead generation strategies, and sales development best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
