Salary: ¥4,100,000 - ¥6,700,000 annually
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related major
Experience Required: 2 years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and the Spring framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Perform code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Participate in the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers into applications.
Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continually enhance skills and contribute to team effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web development.
Proficiency in Java programming language and knowledge of the Spring framework.
Strong understanding of web development principles, tools, and technologies.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Desired Experience

Experience with developing RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of database technologies, preferably SQL.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Prior involvement in agile development methodologies is a plus.
