Job Overview:

We are seeking a multi-talented professional who excelsin contentcreation, video editing, and managing learning managementsystems(LMS). The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated,creative individualwith experience in producing engagingwritten and visual content and managing online learning platforms. This role will support the creation and delivery of educationalcontent, training programs, and digital marketing materials

Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing:
● Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging, and educationalcontent for variousformats, including blog posts, articles, instructional guides, and marketing materials.
● Collaboratewith subject matter expertsto create clear and concisewritten materials forcourses,websites, and other digitalcontent.
● Develop content tailored forspecific audiences, ensuring alignmentwith brand voice and educational goals.

Video Editing:
● Edit rawvideo footage to create polished, professional videosfor educational and promotional purposes.
● Workwith multimedia elements(graphics, audio, animations) to enhance video quality and engagement. ● Maintain a consistent look, feel, and tone across all video projects, adhering to branding and style guidelines.
● Collaboratewith team membersto brainstorm creative conceptsfor videos, and manage the video production pipeline.

LMS Platform Administration:
● Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth delivery of online courses and training materials.
● Manage the uploading, organizing, and updating ofcourse content, videos, quizzes, and other learning materialswithin the LMS. ● Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for learners experiencing difficultieswith accessing or navigating the LMS.
● Track and report learner engagement,course completion rates, and other key metrics to assessthe effectiveness of the content

Qualifications:

Content Writing:
● Proven experience as a contentwriterwith the ability to create engaging, well-researched, and clearwritten content.
● Exceptional grammar,writing, and communication skillswith a strong eye for detail.
● Familiaritywith SEO best practices andwriting for theweb.

Video Editing:
● Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
● Strong understanding of multimedia formats and editing techniques. ● Experiencewith motion graphics, audio editing, and animation is a plus.

LMS Administration:
● Experience managing Learning Management Systemssuch as Moodle, Canvas, Teachable, orsimilar platforms.
● Ability to troubleshoot LMS issues and provide technicalsupport to users.
● Strong organizationalskills and attention to detailwhen managing multiple courses and resources.
● Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standardsis a plus

General Qualification

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, etc.) or equivalent experience.
● Ability towork independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Strong time managementskillswith a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

● Experience in educationalcontentcreation or eLearning development.
● Knowledge ofHTML/CSS for LMS customization.
● Familiaritywith project management tools(Trello, Asana, etc.).
● Ability to create basic graphic designs using toolslike Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
