The Role: We are currently recruiting a Data Analyst on behalf of a renowned creative agency. This role is crucial in turning data into insights that will drive strategic decisions and creative processes. The ideal candidate will engage in a variety of tasks from data collection and analysis to reporting and presenting findings, ensuring actionable insights for the agency’s projects and campaigns.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data from primary and secondary sources, maintaining databases and data systems.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Work directly with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Collaborate with teams across the agency to support their data analysis needs and contribute to their projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, ETL frameworks), and statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
