What You Will Do

As the Director of Sales, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base, lead a motivated sales team, and secure major client deals. You'll build lasting relationships with health-focused customers, monitor market trends for new opportunities, and optimize sales processes. Additionally, you'll manage forecasts, budgets, and collaborate with other departments to align strategies and drive continuous improvement in sales performance.

Play a key role in high-level negotiations and closing deals with major clients.

Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning to ensure we hit our goals.
Streamline and optimize sales processes to make sure we’re always working efficiently.
Monitor sales performance and share insights with the leadership team to keep things on track.
Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and other departments to ensure our strategies are aligned and impactful.
Continuously improve sales techniques, tools, and processes to keep us on the cutting edge.

You are a driven leader with a passion for health and wellness, combining a strong educational foundation with extensive experience in sales. You have a history of successfully growing businesses and leading teams, with a focus in the supplement or healthcare industries. You excel at nurturing customer relationships, motivating teams, and using insights and data to guide smart business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus!).
7+ years of experience in sales and leadership in the supplement or healthcare industries required.
A passion for health and wellness.
A proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills with a knack for inspiring and coaching teams.
Excellent communication skills and a love for building lasting customer relationships.
An analytical mindset and ability to spot opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
