Skills you have 🚀

At least 2 years of experience in the administrative field. You are an Accountant, Bookkeeper, Office Manager or you’ve been working as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Native or near-native English speaking skills.
Proficiency in managing day-to-day tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, data entry, scheduling, and document management.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) or other administrative tools such as expense management systems.
Familiarity with CRMs and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Knowledge of payroll processing, tax filings, or reconciliation for bookkeeping and accounting roles.
