Location: Limassol, Cyprus

The Role:

The Showroom Consultant will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and showcasing the quality of products in the high-end new showroom in Limassol. The ideal candidate will leverage his/her customer centric approach, to assist clients in selecting the best solutions regarding the Group’s solutions for their projects.
The Showroom Consultant will need to be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and understanding the client's needs. More specifically, he/she will:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome and host prospective customers, providing them with a personalized and engaging customer experience.
Assess customer needs and inform them about the Group’s products, and services.
Offer expert advice to assist customers in making informed decisions, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in their final choices.
Conduct showroom tours, showcasing product samples while explaining technical specifications and benefits.
Perform administrative tasks, including CRM data entry, to capture customer information and leads efficiently.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams, providing them with qualified leads and potential customers from showroom interactions.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, maintaining the display of samples and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer consultations.
Support customers with any post-visit inquiries and follow up to ensure continuous engagement.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Interior Design, Social Sciences, or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles within Sales (B2B or B2C), Marketing, or Customer Service.
Previous experience in construction industry or related, including interior design will be considered an advantage.
Excellent customer service, initiative, ownership and communication skills, with a strong influential and persuasive approach.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
Very good knowledge of both the Greek and the English languages (written and verbal).
Excellent organization skills with strong ability to deliver results, and an emphasis on detail.
Cooperative spirit and the ability to operate efficiently within a team.
Strong focus on detail, organization skills and adaptability.
