ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a well- established and expanding Audit and Advisory firm, is seeking to recruit an experienced and driven individual for the position of Audit Manager, with a base in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Audit Manager (Ref. code: 5729/AM/ESS/CY)

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits, utilizing advanced audit techniques to ensure precision and effectiveness in audit work.
Oversee and facilitate thorough assessments of internal controls, driving process improvements and ensuring successful implementation across the organization.
Mentor and develop junior auditors, providing guidance and support to enhance daily operations and optimize audit outcomes.
Identify critical issues and drive their resolution, ensuring effective communication with senior management for timely solutions.
Manage diverse assignments as directed by department leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet varied audit needs.
Foster productive cross-functional collaboration, building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to enhance audit effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Auditing, preferably withing an Audit firm.
Holder of professional qualification (ACCA / ACA)
Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal and written).
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Caseware Software will be considered an additional advantage.
Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, ability to work within a team.
Ability to learn quickly and apply a focused approach.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives, contributing to overall team success.
Commercial awareness, leveraging business insights to inform audit strategy and enhance organizational value.
