Job Description: Officer - Admin & HR

We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Officer in Administration and Human Resources. This position is ideal for professionals with a solid experience in HR management and administrative functions, looking to contribute to the growth and efficiency of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
Maintain employee records, updating them regularly to reflect any changes in employment status and personal details.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support performance management processes, assisting managers in appraisals and employee development plans.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, presenting data as needed for management decision-making.
Ensure a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement activities.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in administering various HR functions and programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in employee engagement initiatives is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
