About the Role

As Country Manager, you will play a key role in driving Airolit’s market presence in Finland and the Baltics, focusing on promoting our state-of-the-art drone technology. You will develop strategic partnerships, lead sales efforts, and establish Airolit as a trusted provider of innovative drone solutions tailored for defence, security, and other critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to position Airolit’s drone solutions as market leaders in Finland and the Baltics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with defence organizations, government agencies, and private sector clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defence and security sectors, as well as other industries requiring advanced drone capabilities.
Lead and oversee operations, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory requirements, positioning Airolit as a trusted, compliant provider of drone technology.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Leadership: Proven success in business development and sales, preferably in defence, technology, or drone-related industries.
Technical Aptitude: A technical background or the ability to quickly understand complex technologies to address customer needs effectively. Experience in drone technology is a plus but not required.
Industry Network: Strong connections within the defence, government, and security sectors in Finland and the Baltics.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and implement innovative market strategies for growth.
Communication skills: The position requires great communication skills and fluent proficiency in both Finnish and English.
