Job Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial reports and statements in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across various platforms within the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor financial performance and generate analytical reports to identify trends and provide insights to management.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to facilitate effective financial planning.
Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.

Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance regulations.

Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
Experience in a fintech or financial services environment is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
