Overview: Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Content Coordinator to join a growing Etsy shop. You will be the key point of communication between our designer and our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient order management. This is a long-term position with growth opportunities as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between our designer and customers, facilitating communication and design updates.
Access the Etsy shop remotely via VNC to communicate with customers and manage orders (as direct Etsy shop access is restricted).
Gather detailed order information from customers and organize it in Notion.
Interpret basic 2D drawing plans and understand dimensions in both inches and millimeters.
Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts.
Assist with image and video editing for product listings and promotions.

Qualifications:

Excellent English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
1+ years of relevant experience: Ability to engage professionally and effectively with customers. Must have less than 5-minute response time to customers during working hours.
Tech Savvy: Experience with VNC, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and Canva.
Basic Design Understanding: Ability to read 2D plans, understand measurements, and effectively communicate requirements.
Creative Skills: Experience with social media management and content creation (preferred).
