Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute branding strategies that align with our Company’s vision and market trends.
Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, export, and product development to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
Manage advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
Analyze brand performance metrics and market feedback to refine strategies and drive brand equity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
Regular Trade Visits.

What We are Looking For:

BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
