Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting a growing company based in St Albans who are looking for a Scheduler to join their team.

This is a full-time, office-based role, 8.30am - 5:30pm Mon to Fri.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Effective and efficient planning of field-based engineers
Scheduling work for field-based engineers
Ensuring engineers' diaries are efficiently planned
Arranging site access for engineers to ensure agreed response times are met
Maintaining service management system with correct, concise information
Day-to-day liaison with engineers reporting on scheduled progress
Dealing with client and internal calls/emails and resolving queries efficiently
Reporting all customer complaints

Skills and attributes:

Previous experience within a Scheduler position
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Confident user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
