Civil Engineer

Our client, a leading and highly respected property developer in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Civil Engineer.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

Site supervision and coordination
Project planning and record keeping
Compliance with safety and health rules of the construction site
Preparation of subcontractor payment certificates
Liaison with related authorities
Work quality control
Adherence to schedules
Project metrics applications

Position’s Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum professional experience of 1-3 years in construction projects
Registered at ETEK
Excellent knowledge of Autocad program
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
Organizational skills
Character integrity and responsibility
Teamwork and communication skills
Compliance with the company's schedule and rules

Employer’s Details
Salary range: €1500 – €1700 gross * 12 + 1 salary bonus
