Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop next-generation information platforms that enhance system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
Implement software solutions in compliance with best practices and industry standards.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to design principles.
Conduct testing and debugging of software applications, providing support in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to continually improve development processes.
Engage in documentation of software solutions and contribute to user manuals and training materials.
Participate in agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and review meetings.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Proficient in database management and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong Japanese business communication skills (N1 level)
Experienced to work for Japanese company

Desired Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
Prior experience in developing information systems or data processing applications is a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and implications in software development.
Experience in working in multinational or cross-cultural teams is preferred.
