Client Onboarding & Account Management Support

Role Overview:
As a Client Onboarding & Account Management Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that new clients are smoothly integrated into financial and CRM systems. Your responsibilities include gathering essential client information, setting up profiles, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach, helping U.S.-based financial clients transition effortlessly and ensuring high-quality support.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new clients, including gathering, verifying, and inputting necessary information into financial and CRM systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive client profiles, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams, serving as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase.
Provide support with initial setup tasks, such as account configuration, document organization, and system integrations, to align with each client’s needs.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any onboarding-related questions or concerns.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients to provide continuity and streamlined handoffs to other departments.

Key Skills & Tools:

CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot): Proficiency in CRM systems for managing client data and interactions.
Document Management Software (e.g., DocuSign, SharePoint): Experience with secure document handling and digital signature tools.
Client Communication & Support Tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams): Ability to communicate effectively and manage client queries through remote communication tools.
Financial Software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero): Familiarity with basic financial software to assist in client data entry and updates.
Strong Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
