Shopper Insights Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute insights programs to enhance shopper understanding and improve the decision-making process.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on shopper behavior, preferences, and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to integrate shopper insights into strategic planning.
Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead the analysis of shopper data, identifying key drivers of shopper behavior and experience.
Monitor and assess market trends to inform company strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.
Manage external research vendors and partnerships to ensure high-quality insights delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and insight generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in statistical analysis software and tools.

Minimum of 5 years experience in shopper insights, market research, or a related area.
Previous experience in a retail or consumer goods environment is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Experience managing research projects from inception to delivery.
