What You Will Do

As our Inventory & Planning Analyst you’ll play a critical role in managing inventory and supporting our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This position is central to our fast-paced growth, where you’ll analyze demand patterns, optimize stock levels, and generate insights to align inventory with Clean Skin Club’s rapidly expanding customer base and evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning, Forecasting, and Cohort Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, seasonality, and demand trends. Use cohort analysis to examine customer purchasing behavior and adjust inventory levels based on these insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing to incorporate promotions, launches, and trends into demand forecasts.
Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory across multiple distribution centers, ensuring ideal stock levels to minimize stockouts and excess. Manage safety stock, reorder points, and lead times, and work with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
S&OP Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and maintain reports on key metrics like inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and stock levels. Integrate cohort analysis into S&OP reporting to provide deeper insights into demand patterns. Deliver actionable insights to reduce excess stock, improve stock rotation, and enhance inventory performance.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with procurement, fulfillment, and warehousing teams to ensure alignment on stock levels, lead times, and order quantities. Act as a point of contact for inventory-related issues with vendors, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline inventory planning, demand forecasting, and S&OP reporting. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine our inventory and demand management strategies.

Who You Are

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory & Planning Analyst who is comfortable with data-driven decision-making and enjoys cross-functional collaboration. You are proactive, love problem-solving, and can seamlessly balance high-level forecasting with day-to-day operational management.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or a similar supply chain role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in supply chain tools, including ERP, WMS, and MRP systems, along with Excel and forecasting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or SAP IBP).
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
