Marketing Operations Manager - Export (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

Expanding a company's reach and market presence in existing distributor led and new markets
Developing marketing activation strategies: Creating plans to drive consumer engagement, product awareness, and brand visibility through various marketing channels for the assigned markets
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and market expansion
Enhancing existing products and develop new offerings that meet market needs
Implementing category strategy
Developing the annual (rolling) activity plan and channel/customer execution plan

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or management
5+ years of experience in marketing (operational), preferably within FMCG and covering more countries
Project management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources efficiently
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring the success of marketing initiatives
