Native has been mandated to hire Associate General Counsel for one of our clients in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualifications: LLB

Post Qualification Work Experience: 9-13 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Experience in procuring day to day statutory licenses / permits.
* Preparing compliance checklist and implementation of overall compliance framework.
* Liaison with government officials / agencies.
* Managing consumer and real estate related litigations on pan India level.
* Well versed with real-estate agreements – drafting, review and negotiations.
* Responsible for Managing pan India litigations and responses to regulatory notices and proceedings.
* Liaising with senior counsels and law firms.

Candidates with in-house experience preferred.
