About the Role:
A family in Dubai is seeking an experienced English or French Native speaker Nanny to oversee the care for one of their two children, ages 3 and 4. This role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of child development and a nurturing approach to childcare. The position includes regular travel to the UK, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-time care and supervision for one young child alongside a team of assistant Nannies.
Engage children in educational and developmental activities tailored to their age and stages of development.
Manage daily routines including meals, sleep, and playtime to ensure a well-structured environment.
Accompany the family during international travel, maintaining children’s routines and providing care and entertainment during trips.
Collaborate with the other nanny and parents to ensure consistent care and developmental support.
Observe and monitor children’s development, reporting any concerns to the parents.

Requirements:

At least 15 years of professional nanny experience, specifically with young children.
Native English or French speaker with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrable knowledge of child development and early years education.
Flexible and adaptable to different environments and travel schedules.
Warm, caring personality with a professional and proactive approach to childcare.
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

20,000aed - 22,000aed salary based on number of days worked.
