Receptionist

On behalf of a client, one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the construction and land development sector in Cyprus, we are currently seeking a Receptionist for their dorms’ building in Nicosia.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and resolve issues and handle student requests effectively.
Oversee contracts, process renewals, and provide notifications for departures.
Handle daily emails, phone calls, and general requests.
Provide information on company properties and services to partners and clients.
Work closely with the central office team for seamless coordination.
Maintain communication with IT technicians for technical support.
Assist with deposit-related transactions.

Position’s Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
A proactive, dynamic personality with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Employer’s Details
Salary: up to €1,500 gross * 12
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00
