About the Role:

A dynamic gymnastics company in Jeddah is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Artistic Gymnastics Coach to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching children aged 2.5 years and older, focusing on developing their skills in artistic gymnastics. The role demands a coach who not only has technical expertise but also excels in communicating and engaging with children, fostering a passion for gymnastics.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct artistic gymnastics sessions for children aged 2.5 years and older.

Develop training programs tailored to different skill levels.

Monitor and record the progress of students and provide feedback to improve their skills.

Ensure the safety of all students during practice sessions.

Engage and motivate children, creating a fun and supportive learning environment.

Manage bookings and scheduling for private lessons, aiming to maximize participation and revenue.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Artistic Gymnastics Coach, with a strong background in coaching young children.

Qualifications in gymnastics coaching or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in working with children.

Passionate about gymnastics and teaching, with a patient and encouraging approach.

Ability to work the required schedule and manage private bookings efficiently.
