Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator
Location: Sutton Coldfield (number of options in and arround Sutton Coldfied depending on which branch you live closest to)
Basic: £22,000
OTE: £25,000+ with a guaranteed commission in place
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

A mutli-branch, highly reviewed Estate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Sutton Coldfield or surrounding area. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in Estate Agency with one of the leading firms in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the sales process by liaising with clients and buyers.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about available properties.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm,
Plus 1 Saturday 9:00-3:00 pm every other week and a day off in Lieu when doing this week
