What You Will Do

As a Research and Development (R&D) Project Manager at Clean Skin Club, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing R&D projects that drive the innovation of our skincare and hygiene products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects, while working closely with various cross-functional teams to meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that each project aligns with our mission to provide healthy, clean skincare solutions for our customers. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple R&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (scientists, engineers, designers, marketers) to execute tasks and meet project objectives.
Source raw materials by collaborating with suppliers and vendors, ensuring high-quality inputs for product development.
