We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Executive Search Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and play a pivotal role in identifying and presenting high-caliber candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and organizational goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.

Candidate Identification:

Conduct research to identify potential executive-level candidates through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and online sourcing.
Assess candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements.

Search Strategy Development:

Work with clients and colleagues to create comprehensive search strategies, outlining key milestones and timelines.
Define the search parameters and criteria for success.

Candidate Evaluation:

Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the client's organization.
Present shortlists of top-tier candidates to clients, providing in-depth candidate profiles and recommendations.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidate expectations and guide them through the interview and negotiation stages.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients.
Use this research to enhance search strategies and provide clients with a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferrable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent research and candidate sourcing abilities.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and search tools.
