Your Role as Consultant:

Partner with clients to develop and execute customized HR strategies.
Work on diverse projects with some of the top organizations in Greece & Cyprus.
Support projects in areas such as talent assessment & development centers and organizational transformation.
Contribute to high-impact programs, such as employee engagement surveys and leadership workshops.
Conduct analyses to identify key organizational challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaborate closely with our expert team to ensure exceptional client delivery and measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in HR consulting, talent management, or similar roles.
A solid understanding of HR practices and tools, with the ability to apply them to real-world challenges.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
