Job Title: Executive Assistant (English & Korean Fluency)
Location: Remote (Open to any geography, working East Coast hours. I mentioned PH likely has the most talent with Korean fluency)
Compensation:$1,000 - $2,000 per month

About the Role: seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support its team of five, including two accountants, two partners, and one analyst. This role is crucial for providing dedicated administrative and personal assistance across the entire team, enabling smoother operations and better management of both work and personal tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be a trusted point of contact for various responsibilities within a small but growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex scheduling and calendars for the team
Coordinate travel planning, including flight and hotel bookings
Organize restaurant reservations and provide local recommendations
Handle email management, client follow-ups, and general correspondence
Support team members with both professional and personal tasks as needed
Serve as a go-to resource for any other administrative tasks that arise

Qualifications:

Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Fluent in English (required)
Proficiency in Korean
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and handle a variety of tasks
Experience working with remote teams is a plus

Tech Requirements:

Familiarity with common office tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
Ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems

Working Hours:

Must be available to work North American East Coast hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
