Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and counsel on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.
Draft legal memoranda, motions, and briefs; prepare for and conduct depositions and trials.
Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends.
Advise clients on antitrust compliance and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Build and maintain client relationships while understanding their legal needs and business objectives.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff as required.

Essential Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in Washington, D.C. or eligibility to obtain membership.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal concepts and apply them to various cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Desired Experience:

A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law, preferably within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
Proven track record in managing cases from inception to resolution, with experience in both litigation and regulatory matters.
Experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, including conducting antitrust reviews and assessments.
Familiarity with federal and state antitrust laws and regulations.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $235,000 - $390,000 annually.
