The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to navigate complex real estate matters and provide clients with innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, zoning and land use issues, and development matters.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for real estate projects.
Represent clients in real estate litigation and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide informed legal counsel.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ongoing partnership.

Essential Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Extensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desired Experience

Minimum of 4 years and up to 20 years of experience in real estate law.
Demonstrated experience in handling complex real estate transactions and litigation.
Proven track record of successful negotiations and client representation.
Experience working in a prestigious law firm is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $260,000 - $435,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
